Each piece contains codes for multidimensional realization, which is consciousness expansion.
Commercial publishers have either encouraged the re-packaging of the work into more traditional forms and/or omitting image accompaniments. This would render these experimental works incomplete so I release them here as downloadable PDFs.

THE FUTURE IS COMING

BUSHWICK LINES IN SHADES

a polyvocalic collage of a neighborhood, 2018

Bushwick Lines is centered around gentrification, specifically the instability of life for transplants and ‘locals’ facing a tumultuous economy, incoherent or incompatible social values and the role technology and identity politics play in interpersonal relationships. I see neighborhoods as verbs; Bushwick Unconscious is my attempt to embody the ever-shifting nature of place. This required looking at things sideways and developing a similarly skewed language; squinting as if the subject matter would disappear (or become subject to generalization) from targeting it head-on. The kaleidoscopic structure of the work, which began as images drawn from notes taken on walks, was the best way I could begin capturing Bushwick’s nuance.

MAGIC PAIN

journal, poems + images 2019

In 2015, I started having back pain and experiencing strange psychic phenomenon–both of which I recognize now as the genesis of my spiritual awakening. I was instructed via dreams to go to Ecuador to work with a Shaman. My healing process has involved re-visiting these images and extracting new meaning from them, as much of the visual and written language is coded and layered symbolically.

HEAD CAP UNDER SPACE DRONE

poems, images + interactive map, 2017

The table of contents is also a prologue, or living map transformed by the limits of design in relation to your journey through this book. Mapping out these limitations through images, section breaks and italicized headings on the left of each page is my attempt at providing you with more possibilities in reading–a frame that zooms in and out on an embodied whole.

BY SO MANY DEAD WOMEN

poems, 2016-2018

Inspired by the multidimensional traumas and setbacks of incarnating as a woman. The pain of the future not coming fast enough. A lifelong rage.
